Rotimi Ogunyemi is a Technology Attorney with experience in commercial legal practice, specializing in technology-related legal and business issues. His expertise includes policy, compliance, transactional services, legal development, and governance in the critical areas of Financial Technology, Regulation Technology, and Exponential Technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, and Big Data Analytics

As a Council Member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) – Section on Business Law and *Chair of the Section’s Technology Committee, he has led capacity-building efforts for commercial lawyers in Nigeria, addressing emerging legal issues driven by the growth of the digital economy and he has played a pivotal role in shaping technology law and practice in Nigeria.

Rotimi graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University and the Nigerian Law School. He is a recognized speaker and writer on topics such as AI for Business Transformation, Cybersecurity, and the legal implications of emerging technologies on society.

Rotimi has been an active member of various legal organizations and committees, including the Global Blockchain Business Council, GBBC European Policy Working Group, and the International Bar Association’s Technology & Communications Committee.
