Abisola is a seasoned corporate and technology lawyer. With over 15 years of experience in legal and corporate practice, she has gained extensive expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, data protection, investor relations, OEM engagements, managed services, software services, intellectual property, and fintech.

Before joining CWG Plc, she served as the primary legal officer at EAN Aviation, a Ground Handling and Fixed Based Operator in the Aviation Industry. Abisola also worked with Streamsowers & Köhn, a leading commercial law firm in Nigeria, where she provided legal advisory services to both local and international companies.

Abisola is a graduate of the University of Lagos, Igbinedion University, and the Nigerian Law School, where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in English, LLB, and BL, respectively. She holds an LLM in International Trade and Commercial Law from Durham University and is an Onetrust Privacy Professional. She is recognized as a Legal 500 GC Powerlist Nigeria Awardee.
